While the rain help slow down the Dawgs for the Tennessee Volunteers, the Georgia Bulldogs seized every opportunity to showcase their dominance this afternoon. The game lived up to its hype. There were great plays throughout the game with a kickoff downed at the 1 yard line for a Tennessee start, a sack-fumble that should have been a safety but was called an incomplete pass, and back-to-back fumbles that led possession of the ball to go from the Vols to the Dawgs and right back to the Vols. But the multiple sacks and the 8 pre-snap penalties were too much for Hendon Hooker and the Volunteers to overcome as they received their first loss of the season. Look for Georgia to take the number 1 spot in the CFP as Ohio State had a 21-7 scare against a 1-7 Northwestern team this afternoon. Georgia should thank their defense!
