With DEI coming under attack within the State of Ohio and in the Country, we have decided to be more aggressive in leveling the playing field in sports–more specifically in areas known for its lack of diversity like hockey. A new program will be introduced this fall to increase our presence, and it is with this hope that HBCUs and other Universities and Colleges will join in this endeavor.
