The Hebrew words, Ben Watson was referring to, are “mishpat” (מִשְׁפָּט) for justice and “tzedek” (צֶדֶק) for righteousness.
More specifically, see Leviticus 19:15 and Isaiah 1:17 respectively:
Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.
