Obviously, Skip Bayless has not read, or has read and not understood Deuteronomy 3:28. It is obvious from his tweet and his response to Shannon Sharpe on their program aired by ESPN. Yes, this situation happened a couple of weeks ago. But there is an important lesson that can be learned from this situation.

Bayless’ tweet about Damar Hamlin was not the first time for such callous behavior by the sports commentator. When Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback, Dak Prescott, experienced depression, Bayless expressed he couldn’t support Prescott as a quarterback because Prescott made it public.

But that’s exactly when people should have been supportive and encouraging Prescott. Perhaps, Bayless can learn from this experience . . . maybe he will learn to have players’ backs like Ryan Clark, Michael Strahan or even like Stephen A. had his in this situation.
